In chapter two of John C. Maxwell’s great book, Developing The Leader Within You 2.0, John talks about one of the most important aspects of a leader and that is managing priorities. As in the video, John says that we cannot manage time, but as we manage and focus on our top priorities in any given space of time, we make time more effective for us. One of the great keys of a good leader is how they manage priorities.
