Paul Gustavson: Increasing Our Capabilities

Paul Gustavson is the CTO of SimVentions, a company focused on developing, integrating, and transitioning new technology to warfighters. In this episode of Keep The Change, Paul shares his role in helping increase capabilities across companies and teams.

Paul shares that there are two elements of capability. It's intrinsic capability; who we are and what we offer, what we offer our customers, and then there is the potential capability of what we can become in that space.

To achieve one's potential, it's important to get uncomfortable. "You gotta get out of your easy chair and you gotta step forward and make a difference."
